necessary to liaise with the study Sponsor regarding your enquiry and to share or transfer your

- Internally within Neurostatus: once your request or enquiry is received through the website,
it may be forwarded to relevant Neurostatus employees, so that they may respond to you and provide
you the requisite assistance.
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during
negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion
of our business to another company.
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
